The Embroidery Sewing Machine

Happy Embroidery Machine

The Happy embroidery machine is a commercial machine and is manufactured for an Australian company in Japan. Heward Sewing Machines Pty Ltd. has been supplying sewing and embroidery machines for over 70 years.

You can have anything from a single head to a combination of 22 heads, dependent upon your output obviously.

There doesn’t seem to be an item that can’t be embroidered on, T shirts, business shirts, towels, beach towels, saddle rugs, hats, to name just a few.

I am happy to report that ‘break down time’ is almost unheard of with these machines. That’s good news when you have a big project in hand.

One of these machines is the Happy HCS-1201 Voyager. Although I think you would still class this as commercial it only weights 88 lbs. and has 12 needles so it is able to produce quite complex designs.

With the benefit of 12 needles you make sure you have all the colors needed for your design before you start. You should never have a problem with running out of thread in the middle of a design.

The machine can detect if a thread should break, or the spool run out etc.

This Happy embroidery machine allows you to embroider on caps and hats. It doesn’t have to flatten the hat out and crush it to get to the embroidery area.

You also get an ultra-small cylinder arm to be used for sewing on pockets, cuffs, gloves, sleeves, even golf club covers. Any item where you are working in a tight space – this cylinder arm can go.

There is a slot for memory cards for easy access to designs and there is an optional color monitor you can get to complement this machine.

The Happy embroidery machine is compatible with Bernina Artisa embroidery software so you get the benefit of all their designs as well. Good news.
